Victor Moss

Bio

Victor Moss, widely known as Coach Moss, is a proud native of Dallas, Texas, specifically the Oak Cliff community. A graduate of South Oak Cliff High School (Class of 2011), he was a multi-sport athlete, earning varsity letters in both football and baseball.

Following high school, Coach Moss continued his academic and athletic journey at Navarro Junior College. He went on to earn both his Associate and Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration from Texas College.

With experience in education and athletics, Coach Moss has built a diverse and dynamic coaching résumé, spanning from middle school athletics to the professional arena football level. He is entering his 7th year in education with DeSoto ISD, where he has consistently demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and a commitment to athletic excellence.

Most recently, Coach Moss served as Offensive Coordinator for the middle school team that completed an undefeated season and secured a district championship—a testament to his strategic insight and ability to develop talent.

Coach Moss brings versatility, passion, and a strong work ethic to every program he joins. His coaching philosophy centers around discipline, accountability, and building relationships that extend beyond the field. He is committed to developing student-athletes not only as players but as young men of character and integrity.
